Sheila is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center in Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP-BC) and Family Health (FNP-C). Her background gives her a unique ability to connect the dots between physical and mental health, ensuring your care is tailored specifically for you. She believes your mental health journey is deeply personal and that no two paths to healing look the same.

Her clinical experience across the lifespan includes collaborative care with her board-certified supervising physician, treating those in outpatient mental health, emergency & addiction medicine, and telepsychiatry services.
